Federico will be in Auckland from 18th February to 12th March 2019!
Federico was born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay. He began his Tango career at a young age and has studied with internationally renowned teachers such as: Martin Carrara, Stefania Colina, Carlos Perez, Rosa Forte, Gabriel Angio, Natalia Games and Silvina Valz.
He performs and teaches at tango schools, milongas and festivals around Uruguay and New Zealand. At the age of 24, he was recognised as an Honorary Teacher of Tango in Uruguay.
He’s appeared in a number of shows including ‘Tango Night’ by the Tango companies of Martin Carrara & Stefania Colina and Gustavo Imperial.
At the age of 28, he was one of the semifinalists of the Metropolitan Tango Championships, one of the most important Championships in Buenoe Aires.
He has a huge passion for Tango, and want to share all he knows with all his students and show simple ways to execute complex dance moves beautifully and elegantly.
He believe the more we dance and the better we dance, the more enjoyable it will be. “It takes two to Tango”.
He is now a resident teacher and organiser at Mandinga in Uruguay.
