Time for Followers with Kelly

Time for Followers to focus on all the ‘why, how, when and where?’.

Learn with an open mind with all possibilities and allow your body to continue discover the depth of the dance (Tango). This class is open for followers (also to leaders) at all levels.

NOTE: We will warm up with barefoot at the beginning of the class, the studio has a heat pump however please bring a pair of socks just in case.

Where is the Studio & Car Park?

The studio is located in the buzzing and trendy part of the CBD and located on level 1 (Studio 1).

• 2mins walk from Victoria Street carpark. Parking fees $2 per hour from 6pm and $2 per hour in weekend and public holidays. Check out AT Parking Website
• 10mins walk from Britomart Train station.
• 12mins walk from the Ferry Terminal.
• 3mins walk to the Art Gallery Milonga which is on one or two Saturdays each month (Art Gallery Milonga)!

Hello, I’m Kelly! Thanks for checking out this page!

I started my Tango journey in London in 2009 and have been studying with some of the most well known and respected teachers in Buenos Aires since 2014. I have been teaching since co-founding the Argentine Tango Student Association in 2016 at the Auckland University of Technology, a platform that allows students to learn, practice and share the beauty of Tango!

My passion is to introduce the new generation to this captivating and beautiful dance and to grow the Tango Community in Auckland. For me, the Tango is a dance that comes from the heart and complements the music; Less is More.
