Rima from Christchurch, will be leading the workshops for absolute beginners, coveriing the basic elements / foundations of tango.
The Absolute Beginners Course that Rima teaches weekly at Tango Floorspace in Christchurch, offers beginners the opportunity with very few steps to learn to dance musically, in connection with a dance partner and to navigate the social dance floor enjoyably. These are practical classes where the fundamentals of Tango Argentino are taught. Each class is followed by an evening of social dancing where new dancers can practice their skills and meet the very inclusive and welcoming Christchurch tango community.
